Wootiv
Wootiv is our AI operations platform; we pitch it as the communications experience company. Software that turns routine client and team interactions into automated business processes, from inbox management up to enterprise intelligence. We built it for owners of small and medium businesses who cannot keep answering every message themselves as the business grows. The client-facing write-up is on the portfolio page.
Our first public code went out in September 2023, when we opened wootiv-sdk.py, a Python client for the Wootiv REST API with sync and async support. We incorporated Wootiv Corporation in Delaware on 30 November 2023 as a separate company under Tecmie, with me as incorporator and CEO.
What it does
- Workflows that analyse extracted data for decisions such as lead qualification, HR evaluations and customer fraud scoring.
- Pipelines that chain tasks from first contact through to a closed deal.
- Omni-channel integrations so a team’s touchpoints sit in one place.
- A self-serve portal where customers manage their own accounts and issues.
- A mailbox that keeps replying when the owner is offline or out of office.
We sell it into e-commerce, coaching, fintech and banking, travel, recruitment, and sales and marketing teams, with an enterprise tier for custom AI systems.
Why it exists
Our earlier businesses grew until the demand for our personal attention became the bottleneck, and hiring only added complexity. Wootiv is our attempt to give a small team a digital twin that understands the business’s priorities and acts on them. The same task, condition and action split is written up in How to design an agentic workflow, and the work sits under our AI integration service.
